A Message from Dr. Innis
After 37 wonderful years of serving Park City and many surrounding areas, I have made the decision to retire from private practice. While this is a bittersweet milestone, I am delighted to introduce Dr. Jeremy Adams, DMD, who will continue providing your dental care beginning August 1, 2026.
After spending considerable time with Dr. Adams, I am confident he shares the same values that have guided my practice for nearly four decades—honesty, compassion, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional, relationship-based care.
I'm pleased to share that the practice will remain privately owned, and our outstanding team, including our hygienists Adrian and Aubrey, will continue serving you in the same convenient location with the same dedication to your care.
I sincerely appreciate the trust and friendship you have shown me over the years. It has been an honor to care for you and your family, and I leave you in excellent hands with Dr. Adams and our exceptional team.
You're invited to meet Dr. Adams at our Open House on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please stop by to say hello and help us celebrate this exciting new chapter for the practice. I hope to see you there. RSVP →
Keep flossing, and I'll see you on the trails.
Warmest regards,
Paul Innis, DMD

From Dr. Adams
Dear Patients,
My name is Dr. Jeremy Adams, and I am honored to introduce myself as the dentist who will be overseeing the care of this practice as Dr. Paul Innis begins his well-earned retirement. Over the past five months, I have had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Innis in preparation for this transition. It has been a wonderful experience getting to know this practice and the community that makes it so special.
During this time, I’ve gotten to know Dr. Innis and his family on both a personal and professional level. I’ve come to admire his kindness, gentle nature, and unwavering commitment to exceptional patient care. It is easy for me to see why he has earned the trust and loyalty of so many. While he will certainly be missed, I couldn’t be happier for him as he begins his next chapter.
As we approach this next chapter, the practice will remain privately-owned and will be renamed Backcountry Dental, as a tribute to the beautiful mountains and vast landscapes around us here in Summit County. Whether you have been a patient here for decades or are visiting our office for the very first time, welcome. I sincerely hope to earn your trust and have the privilege of caring for you and your family for many years to come. Adrian and the rest of our wonderful team will still be here to provide the friendly, familiar experience you’ve always known, along with the exceptional care you deserve.
Above all, thank you to Dr. Innis for years of dedicated care. We wish you a happy retirement!
I look forward to meeting you!
